The Challenge
Byte Academy was running on a combination of Teachable, Slack, and a basic landing page. The fragmented experience was hurting conversions and making the brand feel unprofessional despite excellent course content.
Our Approach
We built a custom Next.js platform with course previews, student dashboards, progress tracking, and community features. The design is playful yet professional, using code-inspired visual elements and gamification cues.
The Results
Course enrollment increased 230%
Student completion rate improved 45%
Support tickets reduced 60%
Net promoter score jumped from 42 to 71
