Stackflow
A Toronto developer-tools startup needed a website that could convert technical decision-makers without alienating non-technical executives.
The Challenge
Stackflow had strong beta traction with engineers but couldn't get buy-in from CTOs and VPs of Engineering who make the purchasing decisions. Their site was too technical, too community-focused, and didn't speak to enterprise concerns.
Our Approach
We restructured the site around buyer personas: a 'For Engineering Leaders' track with technical depth, benchmarks, and integration docs; a 'For CTOs' track with security documentation, compliance info, and ROI calculators.
The Results
Enterprise demo requests increased 410%
Sales cycle shortened by 35%
Featured in TechCrunch's 'Developer Tools to Watch'
Closed first $100K+ annual contract within 60 days
“We went from 'cool project' to 'serious vendor' in the eyes of the people who sign checks. The site did that.”
